Medit is currently looking to hire responsible and dedicated employees to work with our foreign based customers in America and Europe.

  1. Customer Success Management Team
    1. The CSM Team offers training, tutorials, and technical support for Medit dealers and end-users around the world.
  2. Roles and responsibilities
    1. Development of educational contents for training customers (dealers & end-users)
    2. Design and produce online and offline trainings for customers 
    3. Provide technical support to foreign customers (Europe & Americas)
    4. Manage the technical service plan and execution for customers
  3. Requirements
    1. Communication skills in English equivalent to a native
    2. Experience using photo and video editing software is preferred
    3. Ability to design and follow through on monthly, quarterly, and annual content calendar
    4. Interest in technology and software with an ability to learn new programs
    5. Experience writing marketing and teaching content preferred
    6. Candidates should have at least one year working experience
    7. Conversational Korean is preferred
